1. The Nature of the Work (Therapeutic Disclaimer)

Marianna Alfa is an Emotional Transition Guide. The services provided through Alfa Alchemy—including the Temperance Method, 1:1 sessions, and digital guidance—are designed to offer emotional integration, nervous system stabilization, and clarity during life transitions.

This is not therapy, psychology, or medical treatment. Marianna Alfa is not a licensed medical professional, psychologist, or therapist. The work provided is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition, trauma, or clinical illness. If you are in crisis, experiencing severe trauma, or require medical intervention, you must seek the support of a licensed clinical professional. By using these services, you acknowledge that you are outwardly functioning, self-aware, and taking full responsibility for your own emotional well-being and life decisions.

2. Client Responsibility & Emotional Boundaries

Alfa Alchemy is a space of guided empowerment, not emotional fusion. During our work together, emotional responsibility remains entirely with you, the client. Marianna Alfa provides reflection, grounding, structure, and perspective—not emotional labor or guaranteed "fixing." You agree to enter this space with integrity, accountability, and a willingness to actively participate in your own transition and rebirth.

3. Intellectual Property (The Medicine)

The content, methods, writings, and structure provided on this website—including but not limited to the Temperance Method, blog/journal entries, audio notes, and program materials—are the exclusive intellectual property of Alfa Alchemy and Marianna Alfa. You are welcome to read, absorb, and be moved by this work. However, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or teach any of Marianna Alfa’s original materials, frameworks, or writings without explicit, written permission. My voice is my medicine; please respect the container it was built in.

4. Financial Boundaries & Program Terms

By purchasing a session or enrolling in The Magnetic Rebirth Program (a 4-week commitment at $444 per week), you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

• All payments must be made in full as agreed upon at the time of booking.

• You are financially responsible for the entirety of any program you commit to.

• Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for strict guidelines regarding session forfeitures, rescheduling, and our no-refund boundaries.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alfa Alchemy and Marianna Alfa shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, its content, or its services. Life transitions are inherently complex. You agree that Marianna Alfa is not responsible for your personal choices, career changes, relationship outcomes, or emotional state following your engagement with Alfa Alchemy. You are the ultimate driver of your life.

6. User Conduct

This digital space is a sanctuary for the feminine. Any abusive, harassing, or disrespectful behavior toward Marianna Alfa or within the Alfa Alchemy community will result in immediate termination of services without a refund, and you will be banned from future access to the site.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws abroad. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved within this jurisdiction.

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect the evolution of this practice. Continued use of the website following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
