Stepping into the space between chapters requires intention, courage, and commitment. When you book a session or enroll in The Magnetic Rebirth Program at Alfa Alchemy, you are not just purchasing a service; you are securing a sacred, time-contained space dedicated entirely to your emotional integration and guidance. To maintain the integrity, steadiness, and quality of this container, the following boundaries regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are firmly in place.

1. General Refund Policy

Because my work relies on dedicated time, regulated presence, and deep energetic capacity, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds for completed sessions, utilized voice-note support, or digital guidance. My promise to you is my unwavering presence, structure, and professional depth. I do not "guarantee" a specific emotional fix, as true emotional responsibility and integration remain with the client. By purchasing a session or program, you agree to this energetic and financial commitment.

2. The Magnetic Rebirth Program

The Magnetic Rebirth Program is a powerful, momentum-based container designed for rapid alignment.

• Once the program begins, you are financially responsible for the full 4-week commitment ($444 per week).

• There are no refunds or prorated returns for withdrawing from the program early. This boundary ensures that when resistance or emotional discomfort arises—which is a natural part of the rebirth process—you remain committed to the container rather than walking away.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations (1:1 Sessions)

I understand that navigating life transitions can be unpredictable. However, to honor both of our time, I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an individual session.

• With 24+ hours' notice: You may reschedule your session using the link provided in your confirmation email, with no penalty.

• With less than 24 hours' notice: Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within the 24-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the session, and no refund will be issued.

4. Late Arrivals

Our sessions are time-contained to ensure safety and emotional pacing. If you are late to our online session, we will still conclude at the originally scheduled time. This maintains the structure necessary for grounded emotional integration. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notifying me, the session will be considered a "no-show" and will be forfeited without a refund.

5. Mutual Alignment & Right of Refusal

My work requires a specific frequency and readiness. If, after our initial consultation or first session, I determine that my Temperance Method is not the right fit for your current needs (e.g., if you require clinical therapy or crisis intervention), I reserve the right to respectfully terminate our professional relationship. In this rare event, any unused, prepaid sessions will be fully refunded.
