You Are Not Lost. Your Perception Is Evolving.

You may find yourself holding multiple realities at once, competing priorities, shifting emotions, feeling the rollercoaster of events and different versions of what feels true. Rather than trying to force clarity too quickly, stay present, allow calm to feed your senses to use your body to communicate with you through discernment. Keep your awareness sharp, your mindset flexible, and your approach adaptive. Let curiosity guide you.
Listen and learn as you move.
This moment is an opening. A threshold where something higher is asking more of you. Not in effort, but in alignment. You’re being invited to step into a fuller, more honest expression of who you are.
What may feel like complexity is often the early stage of expansion.
As variation increases, so does contrast.
Opposing ideas, emotions, and perspectives may feel more pronounced.
You may notice tension within yourself and in the world around you
as old ways of thinking begin to fracture.
Where systems, beliefs, or identities have become rigid, cracks appear.
This isn’t dysfunction. It’s evolution.
Your perception is refining. You’re being asked to see and feel differently.
Take a cue from the honeybee.
Bees don’t rely on a single point of view.
They see through thousands of micro-lenses, each capturing a fragment of reality. Their brain integrates these fragments into a wide,
almost panoramic understanding of the world.
They move quickly, sensing subtle energetic signals that guide them toward what nourishes. They don’t overthink their path, they attune to it.
And when they find something of value, they communicate it clearly, through movement, through rhythm, through embodied intelligence.
There’s something we could learn. See from multiple angles.
Let your awareness widen rather than narrow.
Trust that you can hold complexity without losing your center.
I challenge you to move toward
what feels alive, resonant, and real.
And when you find it, express it. Share it.
Let your movement speak.
Be like the bee.
Follow the quiet geometry of what heals.
Go where nectar is.
What would become possible if you stopped narrowing your vision and began attuning to what truly nourishes?
What deeper intelligence within you is waiting to be trusted?
If you’re ready for a more honest, coherent conversation with yourself,
I welcome you into this work.
Marianna
